Born on August 27, 1993, in Australia, Rachel is now a successful fitness trainer with a huge fan following on her social media. Back in her early years, Rachel’s life was a far cry from what it looks like now. She felt unhappy with her figure despite religiously doing cardio.

Workout Routine by Rachel Dillon

Warm Up

5 minutes of dynamic stretching focusing on shoulder and hip rotations -

30 seconds each side high knees to activate the core and elevate heart rate -

30 seconds arm circles to activate the shoulder muscles

Strength Training

3 sets of 10 squats with added resistance band for extra challenge

2 sets of 10 Romanian deadlifts with barbells -

2 sets of 8 pull ups with a wide grip for increased stability

2 sets of 12 lateral raises with dumbbells for overall shoulder development and stability

2 sets of 15 squat thrusts using an elevated surface, such as stairs or a box

Core Workout

2 sets of 20 leg raises for improved core strength and mobility

2 sets of 10 crunches on the Swiss ball -

1 set reverse crunches or lower abdominal activation

Cool Down & Stretching

5 minutes gentle jogging or walking to cool down the body

Dynamic stretching exercises focusing on major muscle groups such as hamstrings, quads, glutes, back, shoulders and core.

A WBFF athlete and role model for many fitness enthusiasts, Rachel Dillon represents Australia on the world stage. But the road to success was not always smooth. As a child, Rachel loved staying active and described herself as a 'cardio enthusiast.' Staying in shape was very important to Rachel. Her obsession with cardio was sometimes over the top. She thought doing cardio would give her the toned body she desired for a long time. After some time though, she realized that it was making her feel even worse. She started replacing cardio with weight training at this point and made radical changes to her training and diet. Eventually, she saw results. As she said,

“I never used to have a positive body image of myself. Modeling can be such a harsh industry and they would always point out your flaws or why you weren’t good enough in areas. It left me feeling like I wasn’t good enough.”

A Newly Gained Confidence

In the aftermath of this short-lived modeling career, Rachel returned to fitness. By working out hard in the gym and working with her partner, she completely transformed her figure. Combining strength training and high-intensity interval training helped her shape and sculpt her muscles. She immediately fell in love with these activities. Rachel's self-confidence grew with each improvement she made. In her words;

"I no longer compared myself to anyone else. I was constantly working on me and bettering myself each day.”

Training Others

She became naturally inclined to share what she learned with other women when she experienced the benefits of the right training and nutrition on her body. That is when she started her personal training career. Over time, her passion for fitness grew to inspire more and more people - eventually allowing her to become a full-time fitness influencer. According to her,

“There is nothing more rewarding than seeing the positive impact of helping other women to achieve amazing things and transform their lives. I am lucky to be a part of such an empowering driven group of women. Seeing the effort they put in on a daily basis drives me to be my best.”

Becoming an Online Sensation

Rachel became a sensation online after working hard for years. She helped people all over the world with training and nutrition advice. In order to help as many women as possible, she began running boot camps and went on to become an entrepreneur online. The fitness influencer has continued to grow in popularity since then and is now regarded as one of Australia's top fitness influences.

Currently, Rachel Dillon is a fitness instructor, model, and influencer with 1.3 million Instagram followers. She has won the title three times in the World Bikini Fitness Federation's bikini world championship.
